Summary
ANAVS conducted noise testing for the proposed South Village Shopping Centre, including noise assessments of over 40 commercial tenancies such as restaurants, gyms, supermarkets and medical centres. We prepared acoustic reports for Noise & Vibration Emissions from Proposed Shopping Centre Layout, Noise & Vibration Impact from individual tenancies as well as Noise Control Recommendations, Building Recommendations such as Doors & Partition of proposed tenancies, Noise Impact Statements, Noise Management Plans, Mechanical Ventilation & Equipment Noise and Layout and an overall Assessment of Compliance with Acceptable Noise Levels entering & exiting buildings.
