The Petersham Precinct is a residential and commercial development comprising 3 main sites. It houses 357 residential units, entertainment and retail shops as well as an RSL Club. ANAVS prepared a comprehensive suite of acoustic reports addressing rail and aircraft noise intrusion, intertenancy noise, and acoustic impacts from the RSL Club, mechanical plant and loading dock.
