The Parq is a 6-storey residential and retail development featuring 65 apartments in the suburb of Bexley. ANAVS prepared comprehensive acoustic reports covering traffic noise, intertenancy noise and internal recommendations, mechanical plant, ventilation and equipment noise, and noise testing and reports for the gym, retail tenancies and childcare.
