North Village is an 8-building residential and retail development consisting of 209 residential units and a shopping centre featuring 11 retail shops, 2 kiosks and a supermarket. ANAVS prepared a comprehensive suite of acoustic reports covering traffic and external noise, intertenancy noise, mechanical plants acoustic treatment specifications, noise management within car park and loading dock, and noise testing and reports for shopping centre and retail tenancies.
