Noise & Vibration Compliance Certificates
Further to a compliant acoustic or vibration testing, ANAVS will issue a compliance certificate that recognises that the development in question has exhibited acceptable internal noise levels and vibrations.
ANAVS will also test noise and vibration from the use of proposed developments and issue compliance certificates recognising that Noise and Vibration levels are within the complying limits set by local council and other regulatory bodies.
ANAVS will provide certificates for Noise and Vibration as below:
Internal Noise levels for Residential Buildings as per AS 2107 – Development Near Rail Corridors and Busy Roads – Interim Guidelines, Clause 2.100 of the SEPP ( Transport & Infrastructure) 2021 and AS 2022.
Noise certificates for the use of Childcares, Schools, Gyms, Places of Worship, Bars & Clubs, Car Wash and Commercial Buildings, recognising compliance with the Noise Guide for Local Governments and NSW Noise Policy for Industries 2017 (NPfI 2017).
Vibration Certificates for acceptable Internal Vibration Levels for Gyms (Weight dropping) and Rail Movement, recognising compliance with AS 2670, BS 6472, DIN 4150, BS 7385 and DEC 2009 Assessing Vibration: A Technical Guideline.
